Four project offices have been established under the Secretariat, respectively located in Liangjiang New Area, Yuzhong District, Chongqing HTW International Trade Group, and New Land-Sea Corridor Operation Co., Ltd., each with specific responsibilities:

1. The Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Project Office is tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the Alliance Secretariat, promoting and supporting the establishment of representative offices by Alliance members in Chongqing, and cultivating and strengthening the “Quality Products from Land-Sea Corridor” Liangjiang New Area Exhibition and Sales Center to facilitate trade and economic exchanges with member countries and jurisdictions.

2. The Chongqing Yuzhong District Project Office focuses on building and promoting the “Quality Products from Land-Sea Corridor” brand exhibitions, facilitating the establishment and operation of the CCPIT (Chongqing) Commercial & Legal Service Center (which also serves as the ILSTC Alliance Commercial & Legal Service Center) in Yuzhong District, and strengthening the “Quality Products from Land-Sea Corridor” Yuzhong District Exhibition and Sales Center to promote trade with member countries and jurisdictions.

3. The Chongqing HTW International Trade Group Project Office is responsible for the construction and management of the Alliance’s comprehensive foreign economic and trade digital service platform and website, providing foreign trade and investment consulting services for member enterprises, expanding import and export channels with member countries and jurisdictions, establishing trade exchange platforms, enhancing the quality and efficiency of bilateral and multilateral trade, and jointly building “overseas warehouses” along the corridor with Alliance members.

4. The New Land-Sea Corridor Operation Project Office is dedicated to jointly building the “Quality Products from Land-Sea Corridor” brand with Alliance members, expanding the coverage of offline exhibition and sales centers, and continuously developing efficient, cost-effective international logistics networks.
