The Alliance Secretariat
Alliance Secretariat is headquartered at the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Chongqing Committee (CCPIT Chongqing) and is responsible for daily operations. The Alliance convenes an annual meeting to review and determine the annual work report, major matters, and the work plan for the following year.
